401 Group of Companies Expands into Ottawa Valley Car Dealerships By myFM News/Oldies 107.7 staff | Dec 12, 2022 A new era of car dealerships has arrived in the Ottawa Valley. The 401 Group of Companies has recently acquired several local dealerships, including multiple locations in Pembroke and Renfrew Chrysler.
Marty Saliba of the 401 Group shared with myFM his excitement about bringing the company’s culture to the community.
“We’ve built this company on four core principles,” Saliba explained. “The first is supporting our employees. We also focus on giving back to the communities we serve, including active involvement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Another key principle is respecting our clients while ensuring their experience is enjoyable.”
Saliba emphasized that this client-focused approach is evident the moment customers walk into any of their facilities. “All our locations are clean and welcoming. Customers immediately feel like part of the family, and they’re greeted warmly by our service managers,” he said.
A proactive approach to inventory has been another hallmark of the 401 Group. “Our owners are very forward-thinking,” Saliba noted. “When they anticipated the industry-wide inventory crunch, they invested in additional stock. Because of that, we’ve never faced shortages. With our recent acquisitions, we now have an even wider selection of vehicles, so customers are never limited to just one option.”
Looking back, Saliba reflected on the company’s growth. “We started 11 years ago with a small store, and we’ve grown steadily since. Our growth comes from building a culture of success. We host company events, create an engaging work environment, and make sure our employees enjoy coming to work. When our team is happy, that positivity naturally extends to our customers.”
With this expansion, the 401 Group of Companies is set to bring its customer-first philosophy and vibrant company culture to car buyers across the Ottawa Valley.
